Qualifications Essential
Current NMC registration, a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in producing developed care plans, understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, dedication, compassion, and a person-centered approach to nursing.
