Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. Hands-on property maintenance experience is vital, with at least one trade skill and the ability to perform a wide range of tasks required. Flexibility regarding working hours, a UK driving licence, IT literacy, and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are necessary. Qualifications Essential
Full UK driving licence, IT literacy, GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent), hands-on experience of property maintenance, and at least one trade skill.
