Main duties of the job

Patient-Centered Care:Provide thoughtful, sensitive care and treatment to young people and their families, working closely with senior nurses and consultant psychiatrists.

Advocacy:Ensure the voices of young people are heard and included in their care plans, promoting a partnership in care.

Family Involvement:Liaise with families to guarantee seamless patient care and support.

Collaborative Care:Work as an associate/key-worker, participate in care planning, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making.

Safe Environment:Maintain a welcoming, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for all.

Person Specification

Qualification Essential

Registered Nurse Qualification Or studying towards NMC registration (in final year of University - 3rd year of MH/LD qualification

Desirable

Related First degree ENB 998 ENB603

Experience Essential

Experience of working with young people

Desirable

In patient CAMHS nursing Working with patients with eating disorders
