Main duties of the job We are seeking experienced Senior Care Assistants or individuals ready to progress from being Care Assistants. You will play a pivotal role, working with care assistants to ensure high-quality care for residents, designing care plans, organising social activities, and training new staff while embodying Akari's values. Key qualities include a caring nature, strong communication skills, adaptability, warmth, and respect.
