Main duties of the job This role is exclusively for female applicants, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, due to the nature of providing personal care to women. As a Home Care Assistant, you will make a real difference by offering care and companionship. No prior experience is required, as free training will be provided. Your daily responsibilities include assisting with routines, personal care, and creating a joyous environment for clients. Flexible contracts are available, and perks include career progression opportunities, a referral scheme, and a salary up to £13.40 per hour. A passion for care and the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months is required. Alternating weekend availability is needed.

Qualifications Essential
No formal qualifications or prior experience in care is necessary. Candidates must possess strong empathy, good people skills, a caring and compassionate nature, and a professional team-working ethos. Additionally, a minimum of 12 months on the candidate's right to work in the UK is required, as sponsorship is not offered.
