Were looking for an experienced and compassionate Ward Manager to lead our Inpatient Unit (IPU) at Bradford Hospice. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape high-quality, person-centred palliative and end of life care, ensuring our patients and families receive the very best support when they need it most.

What you will be doing:

Leading, managing and inspiring the IPU nursing and multidisciplinary team Ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centred care Driving excellence in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety Overseeing risk, incident reporting, and learning processes to promote continuous improvement Managing workforce planning, performance, and staff development Embedding a positive culture aligned to Marie Curie values Supporting service development and transformation across the hospiceQualifications

Registered Nurse (Level 1 NMC registration essential) Significant management and leadership experience within a clinical setting Strong track record in clinical governance, risk management and incident investigation Experience of leading teams through change and service improvement Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality end of life careAdditional Information

Salary: Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale Band 7 - £49,387 - £56,515 per annum

Contract:Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Qualifications Essential
