Job summary Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Children's Nurse to join our Children and Young People's team on a bank basis. This role offers flexible shifts across both the inpatient ward and outpatient department, supporting a variety of paediatric services.
Main duties of the job * Support the delivery of high-quality care to children, young people, and their families * Work across both inpatient and outpatient settings including chaperoning, minor procedures, pre-assessments and phlebotomy appointments * Assess patients' health and wellbeing across a varied caseload * Promote safe practice, safeguarding, and infection prevention standards * Support the wider nursing team and contribute to the ongoing development of the service * Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and colleagues
