From the moment a candidate accepts an offer, youll guide them through every step making sure they feel informed, supported, and excited to join Agincare. Youll be responsible for gathering and checking all the essential documentation: DBS checks, references, Right to Work evidence, and signed paperwork. Youll keep our systems up to date and our records accurate, ensuring every new hire is fully compliant and ready to go. Its a fast-paced role, with lots of moving parts but youll thrive on that. Youll juggle multiple onboarding journeys at once, keeping candidates updated, answering queries, and chasing anything outstanding with a calm, professional approach.

Main duties of the job As a Recruitment Co-ordinator at Agincare, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will play a critical role in the onboarding process, which involves guiding new hires through their first steps with the company. This includes gathering and verifying essential documentation such as DBS checks, references, and Right to Work evidence. In addition to keeping records accurate and systems up to date, you'll assist the wider recruitment team with tasks such as screening calls and interview coordination. Your ability to handle multiple tasks and queries with professionalism will ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
