About the Role:

The role is responsible for identifying, sourcing and securing long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for the New Sales Productivity, Renewal and Collection as per the assigned targets.The person will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team involving collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:

Business Development (Sales):

Achieve sales targets as per the branch's approved business planExecute sales promotion activities within the assigned territoryEnsure all Sales KPIs are achieved on a month-on-month basisIdentify and follow up with prospective customers; respond to enquiries within defined timelinesMaximise the conversion of enquiries into confirmed ordersEnsure contract renewals are in line with company expectationsTrack market developments and identify new business opportunitiesPrepare and regularly update the Monthly Performance Grid (MPG) Customer Service:Ensure high-quality service delivery to all customersMaintain strong liaison and communication with clientsPrepare and submit customer reports promptlyAddress customer complaints and work with Operations and Back Office to resolve them effectivelyConduct detailed site inspections and SRAsGenerate quotations through the system as per company guidelinesShare customer feedback with the Branch Manager and collect appreciation letters from RBU/CBU clientsSet realistic and accurate customer expectations regarding pest management servicesCapture correct and complete customer information (email, two contact numbers, address with landmarks)Promote visit-based sales as per iCABS frequency to enable structured annual service calendarsShare cost sheets and material requirements with Operations; communicate customer expectations before service deliveryEnsure new sales are visible in iCABS for planning and execution via Service CompanionPunch new sales in SRA on time to allow sufficient lead time for planners; coordinate with Service Planners for schedulingAvoid making direct service scheduling commitments to customers without planner confirmation Administration & Accounts:Ensure timely invoice submission and obtain necessary acknowledgementsCoordinate with the Back Office for accurate and timely invoicingShare costings and customer expectations with Operations in advanceEnsure timely submission of collections and review daily billing status with the Back Office team. Maintaining Systems and MISEnsure timely and accurate updates in all sales-related systemsPrepare daily and monthly sales reports Maintain an updated and organised customer database Key Result Areas:Business Development (Sales)Upselling Renewals (if assigned)Calls / Survey / Quotations/ PDSA as per the Regional plan Collection & DSOCustomer Service On-Time Invoice Submission Competencies (Skills essential to the role):Strong interpersonal and networking abilitiesEffective verbal and written communication skillsProficient in client negotiationTarget-oriented with a proven ability to meet goals Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:Any Graduate (Science)Proficient in MS-Office/G-SuiteMinimum 0-2 years of direct sales experience in Facilities Management servicesMinimum 0-2 years of experience in home products, home services, or residential cleaning services (preferred)
