Provide outstanding customer service across all communication channels.Manage key accounts by maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.Handle contract renewals, negotiations, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service agreements, and follow ups.Support service quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Requirements
Applications are invited from individuals possessing a minimum of one year relevant experience.Possession of a Degree or Diploma from a recognized higher education institution.Possess excellent level of customer service and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.A valid riding license is required (A company maintained motorbike with fuel will be provided inclusive of personal use privilege).Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo area.A competitive remuneration package, together with an attractive incentive scheme, will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
