Let’s start with the role
The Customer Engagement Executive reports to the Customer Engagement Supervisor and is responsible for supporting the performance growth of both products through effective phone-based customer communication.
A key part of the role includes direct communication with VIP & Core customers primarily via phone, managing day-to-day engagement activities, and ensuring that customer interactions align with Stoiximan’s service standards.
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will:
Assist the Customer Engagement Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of your designated market(s)Communicate directly with customers via phone, promoting offers, addressing inquiries, gathering feedback, and supporting engagement initiativesCreate daily, weekly and monthly performance reportsHandle daily operational requests and implement engagement strategiesEnsure that the customers selected for outbound calls meet the eligibility criteria for the campaignEnsure that bonuses are credited only to eligible customers.
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 year of experience in Sales Operations (calls, sales, engagement, or support)Good understanding of CRM tools and campaign planningStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsGood analytical and reporting skillsPassion for Sales with a customer-centric mindsetFluency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience in the iGaming industry is a plusBenefits
