Principal Objectives
The Sales Manager at Flicks is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, advertising sales, and commercial opportunities across the Flicks platform. You will manage sales execution, develop key client relationships, and help expand Flicks’ presence within the entertainment and media ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across advertising, partnerships, and sponsorshipsManage and grow relationships with studios, distributors, streamers, brands, and media agenciesIdentify and secure new commercial opportunities aligned with Flicks’ audience and solutionsCreate sales proposals and present them to clientsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or digital platformsProven ability to close commercial dealsExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsCommercial awareness and understanding of media/entertainment marketsStrategic thinker with a proactive, target-driven mindsetStrong communication and presentation skillsRequirements
Minimum: 3–5 years of sales experience in roles such as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets while effectively managing client relationships and sales pipelines.Background in digital media sales, advertising, entertainment, streaming services, or other digital platforms is highly preferred, with an understanding of the industry's trends, key players, and competitive landscape to drive strategic business growth and deliver innovative sales solutions.Benefits
