Summary of Responsibilities:
Prepare all Chinese cuisine dishes for banquet operations in accordance with authentic recipes, standardized presentation, and established quality standards.Execute mise en place and production activities for banquet functions based on event orders and operational requirements.Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of food during large-scale banquet events.Coordinate with senior kitchen personnel to ensure smooth execution of banquet operations.Maintain proper food handling, storage, labeling, and hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP requirements.Monitor food usage and support efforts to minimize waste and control food cost.Assist in inventory management and report stock requirements or discrepancies.Ensure cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen section at all times.Communicate effectively with banquet service teams regarding menu availability and production readiness.Support continuous improvement of banquet culinary operations.Requirements
Indonesian Citizen onlyMinimum of 2 years experience as Demi Chef De Partie in Chinese cuisine or banquet kitchen operationsStrong knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and banquet production standardsExperience in high-volume hotel banquet operations is highly preferredGood understanding of HACCP standards and food safety proceduresAbility to perform under pressure during large-scale event operationsStrong discipline, teamwork, and attention to detailDiploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
