About this role
As an Equity Compensation Associate, you will support the Account Management team in administering employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs for a variety of companies. The role primarily focuses on the day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans across one or more supported equity management platforms.
Assist the Account Management team with general stock administration data entry, operations and activities, including (but not limited to):Participant updatesTax rate updatesTerminationsExercisesGrant loadsWork independently under moderate supervisionManage approximately six or more unique clients simultaneously, including updating client documentation as changes occurFollow and adhere to all internal procedures, including data security and privacy practicesWork across multiple online platforms as part of daily operationsFollow any other instructions and perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years’ experience in a corporate work environmentExcellent writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and presentation (samples of work requested)Strong organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal skillsAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficientlyFlexibility to work in US hours and adapt to changing requirements depending on client activityProficient with Google email, spreadsheets, etc. E-mail organizational skills are strongly encouraged
