Job Title: Social Media ModeratorJob OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Online Reputation Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling online removals, monitoring digital content, and assisting in maintaining and improving clients’ online reputations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience managing tasks through Asana.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage online reputation-related tasks and removal requestsCoordinate and track projects using AsanaSubmit and follow up on online content removal requests across various platformsCommunicate with clients and internal team members regarding case updatesMaintain accurate records of completed and pending removalsResearch and identify harmful or inaccurate online contentEnsure all tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standardsAssist with reputation management strategies and reportingRequirements
Previous experience in Online Reputation Management, Online Removals, or a similar role is preferredFamiliarity with Asana or other project management toolsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProblem-solving and research skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentExperience handling digital reputation cases or content moderationKnowledge of search engines, social media platforms, and online reporting systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
