Dispatcher / Customer Service CoordinatorWe are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher / Customer Service Coordinator to manage daily job scheduling, truck routing, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and able to coordinate multiple moving parts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Dispatch and assign jobs to drivers or field teams. Plan and optimize truck routes for efficiency and timely service. Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed. Handle customer service, including inbound and outbound calls, updates, and issue resolution. Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses.Requirements
Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling or dispatch software (preferred).Benefits
