Requirements
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)Develop and maintain consistent posting schedules for both client and company accountsCreate engaging captions, hooks, and content copy tailored to each platform and audienceMonitor comments, messages, and community interactions to keep accounts active and responsiveTrack performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendationsContent Creation & Strategy
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand voiceProduce or coordinate high-quality visual and written content including graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form videosStay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content competitiveConduct competitor research and audience analysis to inform content strategyAI Tools & Innovation
Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, or similar) to streamline content creation and improve output qualityIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to boost efficiency and resultsHelp develop and refine AI-assisted processes for content ideation, copywriting, and schedulingStay current with emerging AI tools relevant to digital marketing and social mediaClient & Company Growth
