What You’ll Do
As a home health care occupational therapist / OT, you will:
Partner with clients and families using a coaching-based interaction style Empower caregivers with tools to support their loved one's development and/or rehabilitative care Use electronic documentation for each visit Complete weekly scheduled visits
What We’re Looking For
Active Delaware or multistate Occupational Therapist license in good standing Passion for community-based care Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
