Scrum Master Facilitate agile ceremonies, through a clear understanding of the aim of each ceremony, taking corrective measures as required to ensure they are effective Help the agile team to continuously improve the effectiveness of their incremental delivery of value to clients & stakeholders by monitoring agile team metrics including velocity, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and team health while at the same time identifying inefficiencies in agile team operation and removing impediments
