About this role
Tasks and responsibilities Your shift starts with the handover: what's planned, what's going well, where do you need to step in? After that, you're on the floor. You notice when an operator gets stuck, when the line staffing is off, or when quality is under pressure. You don't wait for someone to report it, you handle it. Throughout the shift, you keep your team sharp, not by controlling them, but by being clear about what you expect and having the conversation when things go differently. You take part in the meeting structure, keep your daily shift log up to date, and process leave and absence changes in Dyflexis. You guide new employees from day one through to their permanent contract, with regular evaluation moments, onboarding, and maintaining the skills matrix. You process leave, absence, and sick/recovery notifications on time and communicate with HR and the staffing agency. You handle first-line support yourself. You spot bottlenecks in processes and resolve them, with concrete improvement proposals that you also implement yourself. Food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations aren't a checklist for you. They're built into how you run the shift. You coordinate daily with planning, logistics, and quality. On a weekly basis, you ensure staffing plans are locked in, No problem if you don't speak Dutch. English is the working language. Call me for more information 0621493138.
