You will provide hands-on technical leadership, act as a key resource for project teams, and collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to project planning and decision-making, mentor and develop engineering staff, and support Ware Malcomb’s quality standards and design culture.
