About this role
Build relationships with customers across Europe as a remote telephone sales agent. You'll generate and follow up leads, manage existing accounts, and turn enquiries into long-term customers. We're looking for a strong linguist - English plus German, French, or Italian - who's confident on the phone, comfortable with computers, and quick to learn new systems. Basic salary at minimum wage, with uncapped commission - on-target earnings around EUR 50,000. Fully remote. This is not a job where you clock in and follow instructions. From day one, you are the person building Stormsure's European operation - managing the warehouse, developing sales, and opening doors with distributors and retailers across the continent. The work is hands-on and varied, the products are trusted by outdoor professionals in over 30 countries, and there is real commission on new business you bring in.
