Job Summary1-year non-reimbursable assignment. The only compensation for this assignment is the federal salary you are already receiving. QualificationsQualifications required: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working in a multi-agency environment and collaborating with federal, state, and local partners. Previously prepared and presented briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. Support training and professional development initiatives for CBP personnel engaged in confidential human source operations. Major DutiesThe Operations Manager will serve as a member of the Confidential Human Source Branch within CBP's Office of Intelligence. The incumbent will support law enforcement operations, investigations, and administrative functions related to confidential human source management and intelligence collection. This position is located at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, and requires collaboration across multiple DHS components and federal law enforcement agencies.
