Support training and professional development initiatives for CBP personnel engaged in confidential human source operations. Major DutiesThe Operations Manager will serve as a member of the Confidential Human Source Branch within CBP's Office of Intelligence. The incumbent will support law enforcement operations, investigations, and administrative functions related to confidential human source management and intelligence collection. This position is located at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, and requires collaboration across multiple DHS components and federal law enforcement agencies.
