Job SummaryThis position is located at the historic Hacienda, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. This position will have a first cut off of May 28, 2026, and applicants that submit a complete application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.
QualificationsResumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcohol at the time of appointment. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to monitor and direct the work of other bar staff. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Possess a minimum of one (1) year of bartending experience. Major DutiesOperates a small full-service bar, mixing and serving the full range of alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beverages.Records sales, makes change or prepares charge slips in accordance with operations procedures. Stocks bar. Keeps bar, utensils, equipment and work area clean and sanitary. Receives and checks quantity and description of stock.Uses tact and courtesy to deny further sales to persons whose conduct has become unruly or who appear to be intoxicated.Performs other duties as assigned.
