QualificationsIn addition to the Basic Education Requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer providing technical oversight on ship design management and production techniques for submarines. Major DutiesYou will facilitate trilateral communication and collaboration amongst program leadership to ensure timely completion of program milestones.You will provide submarine design and production to leadership to advance SSN-A (submarine-AUKUS).You will provide senior AUKUS leadership representation at local meetings and workshops.You will provide advice and mentoring to senior leadership on ship design management and advanced production techniques.You will serve as senior consultant, oversee the development, monitoring, and updating of the master project schedule, identify recommendations and potential risks.You will support the development of design and production metrics to evaluate program performance.You will provide recommendations on troubleshooting and production issues.
