Major DutiesThe United States Space Force (USSF) at Cavalier SFS North Dakota is searching for an Anti-Terrorism & Force Protection Program Manager to support the 10 SWS (NH-0080-03, GS-12/13 Equivalent). Description: Purpose of position: To implement strategic planning for base anti-terrorism/force protection (AT/FP) programs. To serve as a security specialist, providing information, industrial, and personnel security program functions in support of the installation. Prepares risk assessments and formulates risk mitigation strategies based on current information and intelligence. Performs Contracting Officer Representative (COR) duties for security contractor services. Mission Delta 4 (MD 4) Mission - To provide strategic and theater missile warning to the United States and our International Partners. Ideal Candidate: -Knowledge of a wide range of security specialties, concepts, principles, criteria, requirements, technology, and practices. -Knowledge of DAF, MAJCOM, and installation/wing missions, functions, and structure. -Knowledge of security forces programs and governing policies, directives, instructions, and procedures. -Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct surveys/studies, accomplish projects, and evaluate results for the management and completion of programs. -Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. -Ability to effectively manage and organize various program activities and tasks, and be familiar with administrative requirements of the Station, higher-level installation/Delta, and MAJCOM Key Skills and Abilities: 1.
