About this role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Accountant I to join our accounting team. The Accountant I will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting various accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Reporting to the Sales Company Accounting Manager, you will assist in financial analysis, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and reconcile various general ledger accounts monthly, including PP&E accounts and various accrualsPrepare and ensure accuracy in general ledger entriesPerform system tasks to assist month-end closingUse fixed asset module to capitalize and dispose of assetsAnalyze, clear, and report on GR/IR accountsConduct financial analysis to support management and external reportingTest internal control systems according to Corporate requirementsBudget various balance sheet valuesAssist with other special projects as needed, including PowerBI reporting. BASIC:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fieldStrong understanding of accounting principlesStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsHigh level of integrity and ethicsWilling to work mid‑shift or night‑shift schedules, depending on business needs.Hybrid work setup.PREFERRED:
