Summary:
The Head of Sales is responsible for building and leading a high-performing Aesthetics sales organization in Thailand to meet or exceed business objectives. This role drives national sales strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth and strong market competitiveness.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Impact & Collaboration (40%)
Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectivesTranslate strategic priorities into actionable sales plans and targetsLead sales planning, forecasting, and performance trackingCollaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Medical to deliver integrated plansMonitor market trends, competition, and demand to optimize sales performancePeople & Passion (30%)
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and clinical education organizationDrive performance through clear goals, coaching, and talent developmentOversee hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planningDesign and implement effective sales incentive plans aligned with company guidelinesFoster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvementCustomer Focus & Integrity (20%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersEnsure high standards of customer experience and ethical, compliant engagementInnovation (10%)
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and capabilitiesLeverage CRM, analytics, and digital tools to enhance effectivenessDrive adoption of best practices and continuous improvementEnsure compliance with internal and regulatory standards Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferredProven experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics sales leadershipStrong track record of building and leading high-performing teamsSolid understanding of healthcare environment, compliance, and regulatory requirements in ThailandAt least 5 years of proven experience in leading sales teamsSkills & Competencies
