About this role
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a portfolio of three CBD assets for a single key client. You’ll build strong relationships with tenants and service partners while driving high standards across operations, presentation, and performance. Your strength in budget management and forward planning will ensure assets are run efficiently while maintaining long-term value.
What you’ll be driving:
Ensure building compliance and lead continuous improvement of engineering standards across the portfolioOversee the day-to-day presentation, security, maintenance, and safety of three CBD propertiesManage approved OPEX and CAPEX budgets, tracking performance against forecastsBuild trusted partnerships with a single client, tenants, contractors, and internal teamsPartner closely with Property Managers to deliver accurate and timely client reportingEnsure all planned and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively Further skills and experience you will bring to the role include:
