You drive cha... 1 Product Owner - Counterparty Data Management System (uCOIN) - all genders * Location:Wien * Working hours:Full-time * Occupational Area:Banking Operations * Company:Erste Group Bank AG Your Tasks * You actively live your role as Product Owner for uCOIN * Drive continuous enhancements with our digital team, customers, Business Intelligence solutions and Erste Group Banks * Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog and plan the sprints and releases with your digital team including related budgets * You have a clear product vision, define acceptance criteria and KPIs, and assure they are regularly monitored * Drive and influence strategic discussions and decisions regarding uCOIN * Ensure clear and transparent communication, you foster open, honest, and timely feedback culture in the team and with your colleagues * Continuously improve your solution considering customer and user experience * Ensure efficiency and compliance with the given regulatory framework Your Background * At least several years of professional experience as Product Owner in agile projects or in similar product environment * Ideally a university degree in IT, economics, or banking & finance ( i.e., BA or MA) * A positive, entrepreneurial, and agile spirit, you like to accept challenging tasks * Exceptional knowledge and understanding of data management, digital technologies, and regulatory framework * Great communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset * You act self-accountable and solution-oriented with hands-on mindset * You have high social competence, and you like to open doors for new business opportunities * Fluent in English and have at least a good understanding of German Our Offer * The possibility to work in an international and highly motivated team * Commitment to support you in your professional and personal development * Discover and enjoy the https://www.erstegroup.com/en/career/benefits of Erste Bank * The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,-- gross per year.
