We’re hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives for a well-known telecom project in Alicante and Málaga. What you will do You support Dutch customers with: SIM activation & mobile data setup Internet troubleshooting TV box installation General questions about mobile, internet & TV Light sales (cross/upsell) — full training provided No previous experience needed — just motivation and good communication skills. Hybrid Work First 3 months: on-site After 3 months: hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site, depending on performance) Choose your contract: Full-time or Part-time You decide your weekly hours: 39 hours/week 36 hours/week 34 hours/week 32 hours/week Opening hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–20:00 · Weekends 09:00–17:30 You work 5 days/week + 2 weekends/month.
