Tasks
Own and ship end-to-end features – from API design and data models to polished UIs and production monitoring. Build scalable backend APIs in Python/FastAPI Ship high-quality frontends using Next.js (React, TypeScript) + TanStack (Query/Router). Design and evolve agent workflows in LangChain/LangGraph that are robust, observable, and debuggable (not just prompt hacks) Work with both structured and unstructured procurement data (RFQs, emails, quotes, contracts) Build data & system integrations (ERP, email, supplier systems) Help shape our architecture, reliability, and engineering best practices as we grow Collaborate directly with founders, PM, and customers to understand real procurement workflows and turn them into product.
Requirements
Strong Python skills - clean, maintainable, well-tested code matters Professional experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript Experience in data engineering and backend architecture Comfortable building and scaling RESTful APIs Curiosity about how LLMs can be used in real-world settings A builder mindset - you like to ship, measure, and iterate rather than bikeshed Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you spot problems, propose solutions, and drive them to completion without waiting for perfect specs 4+ years experience in relevant (Start-Up) roles
