Main duties of the job This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant wanting to advance in their career. Responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalising care plans, brainstorming social activities, and helping with training and supervision of junior staff. Candidates must demonstrate a caring nature, strong communication skills, flexibility, warmth, and a respectful attitude.
