Main duties of the job This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced Senior Care Assistant or a Care Assistant wanting to advance in their career. The position involves working closely with the care assistants to provide high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include observing, reviewing, and finalising care plans, brainstorming social activities, and helping with training and supervision of junior staff. Candidates must demonstrate a caring nature, strong communication skills, flexibility, warmth, and a respectful attitude.
