About the role
You will be responsible for the
Support operational communication and information flow between customers, local authorities, and international agencies.
Assist in resolving customer inquiries and operational challenges.
Help prepare weekly/monthly voyage position lists and operational reports.
Follow up on vessel loading/unloading operations and intermodal service schedules.
Support sales and finance departments with monthly account settlements and invoicing processes.
About you
3rd or 4th-year undergraduate student during the 2026-2027 academic year (preferably in Maritime Studies, Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration).
Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week during the academic semester.
Minimum upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Team-oriented with a commercial and results-driven mindset.
