Hours: 37 hours per week

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: Term-time plus 5 days INSET

Actual salary: £25891 (H6, pro rata)

Longdean School is looking to appoint a SEND Behaviour and Inclusion Support Worker to join our SEND team.

We are looking for applicants who have the skills to support students with SEND in managing externalised behaviours in a mainstream setting, thereby promoting the progress, attendance and wellbeing of the students. You will be responsible for planning, delivering and reviewing short term interventions.

The successful candidate will set themselves high personal standards and be keen to develop professionally to support the school’s aspirational approach to learning.
