The Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead the curriculum Film Studies across KS4 and KS5Teach Film Studies at GCSE and A LevelSupport colleagues within the departmentDrive high standards of teaching, learning and assessmentContribute to whole‑school improvement and leadership as a TLR holderInspire students through creative, relevant and engaging learning experiencesApplications are welcome from experienced middle leaders and ambitious teachers ready for career progression. Returners to the profession are encouraged to apply.

Film and Media Studies is a high‑performing area of the College, offering:GCSE Media Studies and Film StudiesA Level Media Studies and Film StudiesBTEC Creative Media Production (Post‑16)Results are consistently strong, with progress in the top 25% nationally.
