About this role

We are looking for an ambitious, well-qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our school on a permanent basis to work within one of our mainstream classes (year group yet to be decided).

We are an inner-city school at the heart of our community. The school has undergone many changes over the past few years, with the addition of a SEND Unit for up to thirty pupils, as well as housing the Trust’s central team and a dedicated classroom to support pupils with SEMH needs, led by Wansbeck Primary.

You will work closely with colleagues from across the school to provide the very best education for our children. If you are ready for a challenge, have a positive outlook and want to develop in a supportive school and Trust, then we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidates will:

- Have experience of working with pupils across the primary age range.

- Have a good understanding of how to support pupils with additional needs.

- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum.

- Have high expectations of themselves and others.

- Be committed to going above and beyond for our children.
