Experience & Skills:
Experience in a caretaking, site, or maintenance role (ideally within a school or similar setting)Practical skills in general maintenance, buildings maintenance and basic repairs and DIYAbility to carry out basic plumbing tasksGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloadAbility to multitask in a busy school environmentSecurity, including alarm systems
