Here you will be able to show a part of your class and by the end of the day you will get to know if you will be recruited straight away or offered a SATS Trainee spot and your coming education paths. See detailed info and dates below.
We are looking for instructors within Cardio, Indoor Running, Strength and Pilates classes (not Cycling and Yoga at the moment).
The next recruitment event will take place at SATS NygĂĄrdsvej in Copenhagen on Sunday, 8 February 2026, from 12:00 to 17:00.
WE'LL GET YOU THERE! – SATS EDUCATION PATHS
We do not require you to have full instructor training before you start with us – we can support your education and career when you become a SATS Trainee!
Basic Theory - 250€ A basic education in exercise theory, anatomy and physiology is a must for all SATS Trainees. If you can't verify that you have this, you can join an online course with our partner Improve Education. This comes at a cost of 250€. Read more about the course powered by Improve Education here. When and if chosen to become a Trainee, you will receive a link where you register, pay and get started with the education.
SATS Educations - Free Yes, you read it right, all SATS eduations are free of charge (value of 500-5000€ depending on path). We require 100% attendance and that you are approved after each course.
1. GXI Introduction course teaches you all about SATS, our offering, education paths and the basics skills you need to become an instructor.
GXI Introduction: Thursday 12.02 from 17:00 to 20:00
2. GXI Foundation course gives you the tools you need to become an instructor in the category you have been chosen for. This will be decided at the Recruitment Event.
GXI Cardio Foundation: 14.02-15.02 & 28.02-01.03
GXI Indoor Running Foundation: 21.02-22.02
GXI Pilates Foundation: 13.02-15.02 & 27.02-01.03
GXI Strength Foundation: 21.02-22.02 & 07.03-08.03
3. Product Courses gives the skills you need to teach the class type you have been chosen for.
