Relevant experience of working with students who have High Needs/SEND in a specialist area, such as SEMH, Medical, Autism, and complex challenging behaviour. Self-reflection on the effectiveness of lessons and approaches to teaching. A working knowledge of the KS3 National Curriculum for Art and accreditation suitable to the needs of our students.
