Holds HLTA status (or equivalent) and recent experience of working across EYFS and KS1 Can plan and teach high quality small group and whole class sessions, personalise learning and use assessment to inform next steps Demonstrates excellent behaviour management, strong communication skills and the confidence to lead PPA cover lessons.
