As a Lead Receptionist you will be:
Welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner and ensuring the sign the visitor book. Supervising and training reception team (if applicable). Maintaining the upkeep of the reception area & meeting rooms are presentable. Managing the office diary for meetings, events, training days and therapy sessions. Updating and creating all reception data, policies and procedures. Ensuring confidentially and security to the service. Receiving and dealing with telephone calls, emails and post. Ad hoc administration tasks. Ensuring all appropriate leaflets and brochures are on display. Managing deliveries To be successful in this role, you will have:
Working knowledge of MS Office Good standard of spoken and written English Good IT skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to understand the responsibilities of working with confidential and sensitive information Previous experience of leading a team Where you will be working:
Location: Pinhoe View, College Way, Exeter, EX1 3PZ Pinhoe View is a new purpose-built facility where a range of mental health services are provided for adults with acute mental health conditions across two wards and eight individual flats. The 24-hour acute inpatient service is supported by a full multidisciplinary team, which specialises in the assessment, treatment and stabilisation of people suffering from a significant mental health episode and in crisis.

Qualifications Essential
To be successful in this role, candidates are expected to have working knowledge of MS Office, good IT skills, excellent communication skills in English, and experience in leading a team. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, interpersonal skills, and understanding the responsibilities surrounding confidential and sensitive information are crucial.
