Job summary Join Our HR Team HR Administrator (Leeds City Centre) Were looking for a proactive, people focused HR Administrator to join our team in the Support Services Office in the centre of Leeds. This is more than just admin, youll be a key part of the HR function, helping to create a smooth, supportive experience for employees while keeping everything organised behind the scenes. The Role Youll be the first point of contact for HR activity, keeping things running efficiently and supporting colleagues across the business. From managing HR queries and maintaining employee records, to preparing key documentation and supporting meetings, youll play a central role in delivering a high-quality HR service. Youll also have the opportunity to get involved in employee feedback, retention insights, and wider HR projects. What Were Looking For Were after someone who is naturally organised, approachable, and confident handling a busy workload. Youll enjoy being the person others rely on, comfortable juggling priorities, responding to queries, and working with sensitive information in a professional and discreet way. Strong attention to detail is key, along with the ability to communicate clearly and build positive working relationships across all levels of the business. If youre working towards your CIPD or have experience in healthcare, thats a bonus, but not essential.
