Job summary
We are looking for an experienced part time (9 hrs per week) Practice Nurse with Respiratory interest.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Asthma and COPD review and management.
Main duties of the job
Chronic disease management - COPD and asthmaYou will be the lead respiratory nurse looking after our COPD and asthmatic patients, alongside your colleagues.Reviewing medication for therapeutic effectiveness, in accordance with evidence-based practice as well as national and practice protocols; working with patients to support their adherence to prescribed treatments.

Qualifications Essential
Registered nurse with current registration with UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Appropriate professional registration. Respiratory Qualification. Eligible to work in the UK. Meets DSB requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and Good organisational skills. Commitment to continuing professional development.
