Hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification with a focus on Health Visiting.
Has current NMC registration on the third part of the register (Specialist Community Public Health Nurse).
Proven experience of leading and working within health visiting teams, supporting colleagues and contributing to effective team functioning.
Demonstrated experience in leading interventions aimed at improving outcomes for children and families, with a strong understanding of safeguarding practices and procedures.
Holds a recognised qualification in supervising or assessing nurse learners (e.g. Practice Assessor or Practice Supervisor), with a commitment to supporting education and professional development within the team.
Other requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car insured for business use

Qualifications Essential
Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification with a focus on Health Visiting, current NMC registration on the third part of the register, experience in team leadership, intervention management, and a recognised qualification in supervising or assessing nurse learners. Full UK Driving Licence and access to a business-insured car are also required.
