Would you like the opportunity to work in a busy practice on the edge of Northampton?

Woodview Medical Centre is looking for a full-time or part-time salaried GP - number of sessions is negotiable - to join our supportive practice.

On offer:

Salary negotiable depending on experience and no. of patients per session 6 weeks annual leave 3 days study leave pro rata Indemnity covered Tier 2 sponsorship may be available

Main duties of the job

You will be working in modern purpose built premises with a pharmacy and dental surgery on site with dedicated doctors parking with full CCTV surveillance and near major roads. The post-holder will provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care services to the practice population, managing a broad spectrum of health issues in a timely and efficient manner.

All applicants should have the following skills, experience and attributes: Essential

Experience of working in UK general practice or equivalent setting Professional, reliable and respectful manner Flexible and adaptable Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion Enthusiasm for contributing to the development of the practice Excellent clinical skills and diagnostic ability Ability to manage a full range of clinical conditions Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Organisational/time management skills IT literacy, including use of electronic patient records - SystmOne Understanding of primary care and NHS structures Commitment to patient-centred care Awareness of safeguarding procedures Knowledge of QOF, enhanced services, and CQC standards

Qualifications Essential

GMC registration with a licence to practise Fully qualified GP (UK MRCGP/CCT equivalent) Inclusion on the NHS Performers List
