Job summary
-We are seeking a Salaried General Practitioner to join our team
-The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to our diverse patient population and contribute to the continuous improvement of our practice
- We deliver total digital triage
-Daily Senior GP presence, providing supervision and support
-Our GPs can focus on patient care thanks to our supportive, highly skilled, administrative team
-All blood test results and incoming documents are reviewed centrally, resulting in a lighter administrative workload
-Minimal home visits
-The sharing of learning is encouraged at our weekly practice meetings, where we discuss the challenges we are facing and develop a team approach, providing each other with support
-We have a track record of supporting and developing our team, allowing our staff to reach their potential
-We are a high performing practice, valued by our patients, with a Google review score of 4.2, please do read our reviews
-We work from purpose built premises, walking distance from Surrey Quays and Canada water stations
-Part time role, we are interested in what candidates preferred sessional commitment is but we are looking for a minimum of 4-5 sessions
-We are open to candidates who are due to complete their training this year, along with more experienced candidates

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) Full GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List Completion of specialty training (MRCGP preferred)
Desirable
Intercalated degree Any relevant further qualification eg Postgraduate Certificate/diploma in an area relevant to NHS General Practice
Experience Essential
Completion of General Practice Speciality Training
Skills Essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to ongoing professional development
