Work tasks: Organization and management of the service department - the process from receiving an order to its fulfillment. Work planning and reporting. Visiting and negotiating with customers, preparing commercial proposals. Ability to identify the causes of equipment malfunctions and organize repair work. Knowledge of CNC and control systems.
