Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Friendly professional administration Team at Dewsbury Hospital.
You will work as part of a multi skilled team providing a range of administration and clerical services.
Main duties of the job
Provide an efficient customer service dealing with enquiries from patients, carers, medical staff ,the multi disciplinary Team and General Practitioners.Effectively utilise the Trusts information systems.Arrange follow up appointments on the Trusts information systems as per standard operating procedures.General Receptionist duties.Telephone appointmentsMaintain departmental filing systems.
