Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
